| 中文摘要:面向大学生的心理咨询已经在高校开展起来 ,但现有高校心理咨询人员的素质令人担忧。作者认为 ,心理咨询是一项专业性很强的工作 ,高校心理咨询人员应该通过接受专业教育和参加培训 ,掌握从事心理咨询工作的基本理论、基本技能和实践能力 ,提高职业道德修养和心理素质。最后探讨了培养、培训高校心理咨询人员的措施 |
