| 中文摘要:法治秩序与境界的确立，有赖于法治意识、法律规范、法律制度三个层面的一体椎进与彼此互动，其中公民法治意识，是公民对法律有充分认知、信任、依赖且以法律信仰为最高境界的国民精神状态，它作为法治主休内在的素质和精神动力，在中国传统人治社会转型现代法治社会的历史性进程中，发挥着关键作用。因之，加快培植口民的法治意识，是决定法治国家能否实现的重要条件。 |
