| 中文摘要:在阐述董事会的主要职能及其治理对公司绩效影响的基础上 ,通过理论分析模型研究了董事会结构对公司绩效的影响机理 ,并分析以往对董事会与公司绩效之间关系的相关研究结论存在重大差异的主要原因 ,以期为今后针对国内上市公司开展深入系统的实证研究提供一个有参考价值的理论框架。 |
