中文摘要:论述了"挂名作者"的种类、表现形式、所引发的种种问题,提出了防止"挂名现象"的措施.得出"挂名作者"破坏了学术论文的严肃性、纯洁性,引发了许多问题,为学术腐败的滋生提供了温床,非禁止不可;只要相关法律、法规予以规范,职称评定等部门改变某些评定方式,编辑部制订严格的审核制度,对已确定是"挂名"者予以相应的惩处,"挂名现象"是可以逐渐减少的.
