| 中文摘要:分析和研究了目前高校学报的现状及存在的问题,认为高校学报不同于一般学术刊物之处在于其具有二重性,即它是一种学术期刊,同时又是展示主办高校科研成果的一个窗口.高校学报要在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展,一方面要立足于"窗口"作用,根据主办高校的培养目标、办学层次、科研实力,甚至地域位置、行业特点等,精心策划,准确定位,办出特色;另一方面要遵循学术刊物的办刊规律,办出精品.并对二者提出了具体的看法和建议. |
