中文摘要:现代企业理论认为 ,企业是一系列委托—代理契约关系的集合。而这种委托—代理契约关系又是一种非对称信息条件下的动态博弈。基于这一原理 ,本文对当前我国国有企业 (包括国有控股企业 )的公司治理结构进行了剖析 ,并从健全博弈行为主体、建构重复博弈运行机制、完善可实施的惩罚策略等三个方面提出了完善公司治理结构的对策建议
