| 中文摘要:国家合法性问题无论在东方还是西方的思想源头处即已被思考。柏拉图的政治哲学与儒学的国家理论在国家合法性问题上具有形式上的相似性 ,这就是他们都从超验的层面和经验的层面来提出自己的论证。一方面都强调有一个超验者作为国家永恒的根源 ,但是同时也非常重视个人的道德修养对于国家兴衰的重要性。这些告诉我们 ,今天的政治哲学必须放弃极端自由主义、告别乌托邦 ,同时 ,重视道德因素在世界政治中扮演的重要角色。 |
