| 中文摘要:清代嘉庆、道光时期,官场人才总的情况是真才失意,庸才、奴才得志,出现人才危机。究其原因是多方面的,而封建专制主义的严酷压迫和为专制主义服务的传统道德、纲常名教的严重桎梏,即专制的外压和道德的内伤,是两个导致人才危机的重要因素。 |
