中文摘要:处于知识经济时代的企业要获得长远的发展,必须牢牢依靠知识型员工。如何留住知识型员工,提高其忠诚度是每个企业都要面对的问题。文章在明确忠诚员工的经济意义上,对员工职业生涯阶段进行了划分,然后再具体阐述如何在职业生涯各阶段对员工忠诚度进行控制,以使企业获得稳定的员工队伍。
