| 中文摘要:大学是一个以学科为核心的学术组织。学科组织发挥着与大学相似的功能,学术权威体现着学科组织的权力性质。学科的分化与学科间的交叉、融合,必定会对学科组织、大学组织结构和管理模式提出新的要求。大学特别是高水平大学的组织结构应根据发展需要做出相应的调适,将管理重心进一步下移到学科。 |
