中文摘要:金融衍生工具的出现方便了金融交易,降低了交易成本,但在提高金融运行效率的同时,由于其高投机性和高风险性的特点以及由其诱发的一系列金融事件已引起国际社会的广泛关注,因而了解金融衍生工具的含义和特征,分析金融衍生交易中的法律风险成因并进一步探索如何对其进行法律风险防范有着极其重要的意义。
