| 中文摘要:徐光启翻译《几何原本》的根本动机在于培养有用的“中材”,这类“中材”的主要特征是认真与心细。因此,徐光启重视《几何原本》的心性教化功能。徐光启认为,1)几何学为人人当学之学。2)几何学的功能在于使人“心思细密”,它具有“练心”的作用。3)以几何学为主要科目的教育理想完全有可能实现,因为几何学并不像外人想像的那样晦涩,它具有内在的简明性。这些观点与当时的心学思潮之间存在着深层次的关联。 |
