| 中文摘要:市场关系与国家关系的结合产生了市场规制关系,经济法作为国家关系与市场关系结合的法律形式,其对市场规制关系的调整导致了国家经济权力与社会性经济私权的融合增长。社会责任原则是经济法的宪法基础,国家经济权力作为新的公权、社会性经济私权作为新的私权,都是宪法社会责任原则的具体体现。 |
