中文摘要:中国股票市场异常波动的本质原因在于制度控制缺陷。在目前股权分置改革不断深化的关键阶段,要特别注意化解引起中国股市异常波动的制度风险。具体建议是:实现证券监管市场化以取代行政化;建立多层次的资本市场;严格上市公司质量标准;规范监管体系。
