中文摘要:把WTO的基本原则归纳为“非歧视性原则”、“公平贸易原则”和“透明度原则”,它包容性强、简单明了、系统规范、易于记忆。更重要的是它与市场经济的“三公”原则联系起来了,有利于对WTO的性质、中国“入世”的战略意义和市场经济体制改革目标的推进进行深化研究。

The Regularity of Fundamental Principles of WTO

Abstract:The fundamental principles of WTO can be generalized into three principles: the principle of nondiscrimination,the principle of fair trade and the principle of transparency,which are characterized by brevity, explicitness,regularity and rich connotations.
