| 中文摘要:宋代以降,在统治者的调控下,培养满足朝廷需求的人才成为书院产生与发展的逻辑基础。而创新学术是书院作为中国古代高等教育机构的最主要标志,也是千余年来书院发展的内在逻辑推动力。但人才培养和发展学术对书院发展也不是均衡地起作用,人才培养逐渐演变为限制书院学术自由发展的主要因素。在构建现代大学制度过程中,借鉴书院发展的相关理论是十分必要的。 |
