| 中文摘要:宏观经济管理的目标应当是防范经济过热现象的出现。为此,必须充分利用金融资本的杠杆作用,做好每个金融年度的宏观调节工作,使不得已从事的周期性的宏观调控让位于年度性的宏观调节。做好宏观调节的前提是认识市场经济结构的网络系统,把握好这个系统的五个门类之间的错综复杂的互相促进与互相制约的关系。将市场经济划分为五个门类以及对其间的网络性关联的探讨,有利于清晰地发现市场经济结构的消长变化,对于提高宏观经济调节的科学性,确保国民经济的持续平稳增长,有着重要的意义。当然,要实现对国民经济按五个门类的科学的宏观调节,需要建 |
