中文摘要:新型农村金融机构发展的瓶颈在于资金来源的匮乏,扩大资金来源渠道刻不容缓。通过合理的政策和得力的措施,可以引导民间资本参与小额贷款组织、参与村镇银行、参与农村资金互助社。应加大农村金融机构对内开放力度,改善农村金融的生态环境,促进民间资本与地方中小金融机构的有机融合。
