中文摘要:1922年,随着旧国会的恢复和制宪运动的兴起,知识界就中国应该制定一部什么样的宪法开展了一场不大不小的讨论。以《东方杂志》"宪法研究号"为中心,以国家结构形式、政体形式、国民权利问题为视点,较为系统地梳理了时人发表的各种不同意见或宪法主张,并从理论和实践的结合上对其进行评价是很有必要的。
