| 中文摘要:通过研究,发现了债务期限的两个公司治理功能,即短期债务可以约束经营者的无效率经营,但是应考虑公司的社会效用,引入政府的宏观调控作用;短期债务比长期债务对低质量项目的约束性要强。因此,在我国目前短期债务占绝对优势的背景下,应着重关注短期债务的公司治理优势。同时,也不能忽视长期债务能有效遏制经营帝国的功能及其再融资和利率风险低等优点,在融资的过程中,要合理配置债务期限,更好地发挥债务的公司治理功能。 |
