| Abstract:Equipment maintenance outsourcing(EMO)provides a new thinking for the equipment management of enterprises,because it can reduce maintenance costs,enhance the current level of maintenance,streamline maintenance organization and strengthen the core competency.This paper analyzes the current situation and agent of EMO and the risks throughout the process of EMO in view of integrated risks;then it puts forward and explains a risk control model in detail based on the process of outsourcing. |
