| 中文摘要:企业知识产权战略的本质是企业运用知识产权及其制度的特点去寻求市场竞争有利地位的总体性谋划和采取的一系列策略与手段。在我国颁布国家知识产权战略的大背景下,企业知识产权战略实施具有极大的必要性和迫切性。企业知识产权战略的实施需要以国家知识产权战略为指导,从知识产权创造、管理、保护和应用方面全方位推进企业知识产权工作。企业知识产权战略实施还需要建立良好的支撑环境。 |
