| On the Intersubjectivity of Translation Criticism |

| Abstract:Recent years have witnessed intense research into subjectivity and inter-subjectivity in translation studies. However, the subjectivity and inter-subjectivity of translation criticism are rarely mentioned although it is an activity involving many subjects. Based on the shift of paradigm and inter-subjectivity in translation studies, this paper probes into the necessity of studying inter-subjectivity in translation criticism from the perspective of the variety of the subject of translation criticism, the subjectivity of translation criticism, and the inter-identity of the critic. |
