| 中文摘要:根据传世文献，“九章律”作为汉代的律典是确实存在的，其篇目为九篇，也是无可否认的。与其通过否定“九章律”的存在来解决出土律令名目与“九章律”篇目不相应的问题，还不如另辟蹊径。“律篇二级分类说”虽然还有待完善，但提出了解决问题的另一种思路，而且不会与传世文献发生太大的矛盾。 |

| Jiu-Zhang Law as Seen in the Titles of Laws and Decrees in Unearthed Documents |

| Abstract:According to extant ancient books, Jiu-Zhang Law had been indeed as law book of Han Dynasty, which was composed of 9 chapters without question. We'd better search for another way rather than deny the existence of Jiu-zhang Law in order to explain the problem that the titles of laws and decrees in unearthed documents do not correspond to the sections and chapters of Jiu-zhang Law. The view of sub-classification under chapters of law provides a new way to solve the problem. |
