| Abstract:There are many problems on China's judge selection system, such as uncertain qualification requirement, unscientific selection mechanism, unclear selection procedures, imperfect matching system, and so on. To improve the judge selection system, we should take actions on fixed judge posts, detailed judge qualification, clear selection methods and procedures, step by step and ex system selection system establishment, and supporting measures implement. |
