| 中文摘要:金融业有着与一般工业行业不同的特征，在应用产业组织理论的SCP范式进行研究时，不宜直接套用，而需进行修正，充分考虑制度、信息不对称等因素的影响。将制度引入SCP范式并作为金融产业组织的研究方法，不仅具备较强的可行性，而有重大的理论和现实意义，对于转轨经济背景下的中国金融业研究尤具重要应用价值。现有研究已尝试提出一些分析框架如ICP、ISCP等，但在理论体系、研究方法、实证研究以及基本结论等方面均有待深化，并需重视各个要素之间的互动影响关系及其主要影响机制。 |

| Review and Discussion on Application of SCP Paradigm in the Research of Financial Industry Organization |

| Abstract:The SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory may not be applicable to financial industry organization directly, because financial industry has many different characteristics with general industrial sectors, which requires amendment to fully consider the institution factor, information asymmetry and other factors. The thought of using a new framework like Institution-SCP paradigm as a financial industrial organization research method, not only has a strong possibility, but also is of great theoretical and practical significance, especially for China's financial industry research, which is operating in a transition economy. Existing studies have tried to propose analytical frameworks such as ICP and ISCP. But further research is needed in the aspects such as theory system, research methods, empirical research, and basic conclusions, etc. And the importance of the interaction of the various elements should be paid more attention in deepen research, as well as the importance of the major impact mechanism. |
