中文摘要:虽然从整体上而言，德国的国有资产托管局不能笼统等同于我国现阶段的国资委，但是在具体的运作方式、机构设置等具体方面还是值得我们借鉴。从德国托管局的运作来看，我国现阶段的国有资产管理应该注意区分资产形态进行分类管理、强化国资委自身的治理结构、谨慎私有化方式与进程。

The Legal Status and Managing Pattern of Trusteeship Bureau of German state-owned Property

Abstract:In general, although the trusteeship bureau of German state-owned property can not be equal to the committee of state-owned property of our country, we can learn a lot of lesson from the managing pattern and the organ building of it. From the view of managing pattern of trusteeship bureau of German state-owned property, we should distinguish the kind of state-owned property, strengthen the corporate governance of the committee of state-owned property, be cautious to the course and model of privatization.
