中文摘要:以全要素生产率为切入点,分析了1985年至2008年湖南省工业全要素生产率与环境质量之间的关系,得出如下结论:湖南省全要素生产率的变动趋势和环境污染指数的变动趋势基本相同,都呈“U”型变动趋势;湖南省全要素生产力水平、污染指数和污染密度呈现出阶段性变化特征;湖南省全要素生产率每增长1%,将使得环境污染程度增加0.313%,单位产出环境污染程度降低0.824%。针对上述结论,提出了相关政策建议。

Impact of All Factor Productivity on Environmental Pollution
Abstract:The thesis sets out to analyze total factor productivity in Hunan Industry and its relationship with environment quality from 1985 to 2008 and achieves the following conclusion:total factor productivity of Hunan Province and environmental pollution index follow the same trend of change, both tested a “U” type trend line; total factor productivity, pollution index and pollution density in Hunan Province show a phased variation; every growth of 1% total factor productivity in Hunan Province will lead to the result of a pollution increase of 0.313 % and the reduction in per unit output pollution of 0.824%. Based on the above mentioned conclusions, the author then puts forward some relevant recommendations on government policy making.
