| 中文摘要:技术创新网络是介于企业和市场之间的一种重要的产业组织形式，创造和分享合作剩余是其发展的基本动力。技术创新网络有着广泛的利益相关者，共同治理的本质问题是最大化并合理分配合作剩余。谈判与博弈、公正与平等是合作剩余分配的主要机制；知识产权是决定各方谈判力的基本力量；利益相关者以各自的方式参与剩余分配。研究和揭示上述合作动力的产生，以及利益相关者合作剩余分配及其优化机理，具有深刻的制度设计含义和重要的政策启示 |

| Study on Stakeholders and Cooperative Pie Sharing of Technological Innovation Network |

| Abstract:Technological innovation network is an important industrial organization between firm and market, for which initiative drive of development is creating and sharing of cooperative pie. There are kinds of stakeholders involved in technological innovation network. An essential issue of joint governance is maximization and effective distribution of cooperative pie. The main mechanisms of cooperative pie sharing include negotiation & game and equity & equality. Intellectual property rights (IPRs) is the most significant power determining stakeholders’ negotiation force. Stakeholder participate the distribution of the pie sharing in different style. This paper explores above cooperative incentive and mechanism of cooperative pie distribution and optimization of stakeholders, which has deep regime device implications and important explanatory policy power. |
