| 中文摘要:“内圣外王”思想是贯穿于中国传统哲学的活的灵魂。“内圣”可比拟一个民族之精神、灵魂气质或整个国民之思想道德修养境界、文化精神素质；“外王”可谓表现于外之社会风气、社会国民士气及其开拓之国富民强、综合国力之景象。内圣化对于现代组织而言可谓一种深厚的组织内凝力、高度的自觉融合境界；组织的内质对应的外观将是一个有至高信誉、良好形象、创造惊人效益的强大实体。 |

| Evaluation of “External Government through Internal Greatness” |

| Abstract:“external government through internal greatness” as active soul crossed the Chinese philosophy especially the ancient philosophy of China. On the present condition, “internal greatness” is regarded as the mental supporting of a nation and the status of the whole people's morality and thought and it is also the quality of culture and civilization. “External government” is called as the atmosphere of society, the energetic image of the national people and the overall competent of the nation . As to a modern organization, the "internal greatness" is a kind of deep and thick core power and the high united body. |
