中文摘要:湖湘文化是一种显著的地域性文化,源远流长。作为一个地道的湖南人,杨恩寿的思想意识自然也会留下这种文化的印记,这在他的戏曲作品中有突出的反映:就取材而言,其剧作多涉及湖湘史事和人物;就思想而言,其剧作反映出以戏曲扶世的观念,表现了近代湖湘人士突出的关注时事、心怀天下的精神品格。不过,杨恩寿本人的思想意识呈现出保守性,这与其所处的时代和环境密切相关。

Yang Enshou and Huxiang Culture——Centering on Yang Enshou's Traditional Operas
Abstract:Huxiang Culture is a kind of significant regional culture, which has long history. As a Hunan people, Yang Enshou is influenced by this culture naturally. This phenomenon is reflected distinctly in his traditional operas: On one hand, the operas' subjects are mostly related to the history of Hunan or celebrities in Hunan; on the other hand, the operas contain the idea that people can heal the world by playing traditional operas, which shows the spirit of concerning current affairs and being responsible for the fate of his country. However, Yang Enshou is a conservative. This is bound up with the times and context.
