| Abstract:The paper has a discussion on the relevant problems of the selection feature of the Qin bamboo slips The Way Of Governing The Officials And The Common People which were kept in Yuelu Academy. It points out that The Way Of Governing The Officials And The Common People has a close relationship with Qin Dynasty's law, and a high comparability with the Shuihudi Qin bamboo slips The Way To Be An Official.Both of The Way Of Governing The Officials And The Common People and The Way To Be An Official are the results of the system of “Xue Li(how to educate officials)” in Qin Dynasty. The text of The Way Of Governing The Officials And The Common People are the basic knowledges which were necessary for the officials to “Wei Li(how to be an official)”. |
