| 中文摘要:我国高等教育产业能否及时有效地应对国内民众日益增长的知识需求和经济发展需要，这就要对高等教育产业发展状况的及时有效性性质进行敏捷性评价。为此将敏捷性概念引入高等教育产业理论并提出敏捷性高等教育产业评价理论，建立了符合高等教育产业敏捷性的评价指标体系，并采用主、客观相结合的方法对指标赋予权重，同时依托模糊数学的基本思想给出了解决指标权重信息不完全的模糊综合评价方法。最后，结合湖南省高等教育产业，对其敏捷性作了实证分析。 |

| Studies on Agile Evaluation for Higher Education Industy |

| Abstract:As a basic industry，education is a global and guiding industy which determined by our country. Higher Education industry can respond promptly and effectively to the demand of knowledge in people’s daily life and requirements of economic，which required to make a agility evaluation on the nature of higher industry about efficiency and appropriate. According to deep meaning of agility，we permeate the concept of agility to education industry，propose the theory of agile higher education industry and stablished appropriate agility evaluation index system to higher education industry. In this paper，subjective and objective method had been combined to the index for weights，then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was given by the basic idea of fuzzy math for incomplete weights information. Finally，the empirical analysis on Hunan province was made by a real case. |
