| Debate on Study of Confucian Classics versus Historiography:Wang Kaiyun's Three Annotates Perspectives on Spring and Autumn Annals |

| Abstract:Wang Kaiyun,a famous Confucian scholar of Late Qing Dynasty,was known to the world as an advocate for Spring and Autumn Annals' Gong Yang Study.On the basis of the debate on study of Confucian classics versus historiography aiming at clarifying whether Spring and Autumn Annals' would be relegated to the study of Confucian classics or historiography,Wang Kaiyun made an all around evaluation on the “Three Annotate” of Spring and Autumn Annals and held that Gongyang Study and Guliang Study coexist,Build its own unique“Spring and Autumn” three pass concept. |
