| Mode Research Based on the Regional Intelligence Capital Promotion in the Development of Liaoning Higher Education |

| Abstract:This paper through studying the connotation and constitution of regional intelligence capital, explored the essential factors of regional intelligence capital, according to intelligence capital integrant part and function of regional synthesis competitive power, constructed the regional intelligence capital evaluating indicator system and the regional intelligence capital measure model. SWOT analyzes the superiority and the inferiority in regional intelligence capital of Liaoning. According to Liaoning higher education competitive advantage and inferiority, it proposed higher education developmental strategy pattern regarding how to promote the regional intelligence capital appreciation. |
