中文摘要:教授声望在很大程度上影响着大学的社会评价，是大学的重要软实力之一。伴随着我国高等教育的快速发展，在教授人数和待遇都在不断增长的同时，教授声望却整体上呈下滑趋势，大学软实力建设面临挑战，这个现象值得注意和思考。

Professor Prestige and Soft Power in the University

Abstract:Professor Prestige，which is one of the most important soft power of university , has great effect on the appreciation of this university. Compared to the past, professor prestige in modern universities becomes lower, which is serious phenomenon that should be noted.
