| 中文摘要:三网融合给中国广电产业带来了巨大的发展机遇和挑战，电信企业参与广电市场竞争将进一步促进广电企业加大市场化改革力度，提高核心竞争力；同时由于广电行业多年来体制上政企不分、行政条块分割以及有线电视网络平均覆盖率低等诸多因素的影响，广电业的发展也面临巨大挑战。广电业区域化发展将有利于整合区域内的电视资源，发挥区域优势，提高广电业的竞争力，同时将促进新的广电业关系体系的构建。 |

| The Significance and Thinking about Broadcasting Industry’s Regional Development under The Three-Net-Fusions Background |

| Abstract:Three net fusions has brought China broadcasting and TV industry great opportunities to develope and huge challenges. Telecom enterprises participating in the market competition would promote the radio and television broadcasting enterprise to increase market reform furtherly and enhance core competitiveness. At the same time broadcasting development is also facing tremendous challenges, due to long-term vague distinction between administration and industry in the radio and television industry. Regional development of broadcasting will be useful for integrating TV resources of the same area, exerting regional advantages to improve the competitiveness, and promoting new system construction. |
