| On Changsha’s Construction of International Cultural City and its Festival Innovation |

| Abstract:To construct Changsha as an international cultural city is a strategic countermeasure under modern and scientific developing concept. Because of its special function, MICE industry can play an important role in constructing Changsha to an international cultural city. Holding a series of international festivals through deeply mining Huxiang culture, can enhance Changsha’s international popularity, reputation, competitiveness, and promote its construction of international cultural city. |
