| Abstract:The Criminal Reconciliation has displayed a comprehensive values, It is not simply the pursuit of justice, not merely the pursuit of efficiency, but in the pursuit of justice, taking into account the results of the process efficiency, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of protecting human rights. These three aspects together constitute a complete criminal reconciliation value system. |
