| 中文摘要:拆迁是土地资源受限时城市扩张与改造的必然现象，一个整体利益提升的局面何以陷入困顿，源头上是博弈标准的缺失，公职人员的“经济人假设”成了强大的助推力量，博弈的非合作性最终导致拆迁困局的形成，解决拆迁困局的基本逻辑可以设定为：以共商双赢为目标，为达到共商双赢的目标，需以明晰产权相关的权利义务关系为起点，建立以祛除公职人员的“经济人假设”、双方充分公开信息、保证程序正义等为主要手段的基本路径。 |

| The Solution of Demolition Dilemma based on Game: From Non-cooperative Game to Win-Win Consultation |

| Abstract:Demolition is the result of land resources shortage and the interaction of the city expansion and rebuilding. A whole benefit situation gets into a predicament. The source of it is the lack of game standard. The Homo economics hypothesis became powerful thrusting force. The non-cooperative game mode ultimately led to the formation of demolition dilemma. The basic logic of the solution of demolition dilemma is to take the mutual benefits as the goal, clearly related rights and obligations. Then establish to remove the economic man supposition, information disclosure, and ensure the procedural justice as the main way of basic path. |
