中文摘要:政府教育管理公众满意度测评是在政府履行教育管理职能过程中,社会公众对政府教育政策制定、公共财政供给、教育督导、教育公平保障、教育事业改革和发展等行为的受用效果的感受与经验的评价。推进政府教育管理公众满意度测评研究,是新公共管理背景下顾客导向理念与结果为本管理制度引入教育管理的结果,是借鉴西方国家新公共管理成功经验、推进我国政府教育管理理念和体制变革、实现办人民满意教育的根本要求。

Theoretical and Practical Basis of Public Satisfaction on Government Education Management
Abstract:The government performance evaluation on management of public satisfaction with government education is in the process of educational management functions, which is public’s evaluation of their feelings of and experience on the government's education policy, public finance supply, educational supervision, educational equity security, education reform and development and other effects. Reform evaluation of public satisfaction with government education management is the result of the concept of customer-oriented in the context of the new public management and the introduction of results-based management system, and is the basic education requirements of learning successful experience in the new public management from Western countries, promoting to change the concept of our government education management and institutional, and achieving to meet people's satisfaction.
