| 中文摘要:就内资企业而言，FDI可以通过影响内资技术引进、研发和人力资本等投入的强度对内资技术进步起间接作用。本文就外资对内资技术进步渠道的实证分析发现：外资研发投入和技术引进增加分别提高内资技术引进数量和研发投入增加，但对内资人力资本数量存在挤出作用。 |

| FDI and the Approaches of the Technological Progress of Domestic Enterprises— Empirical Research Based on the Data from Industries |

| Abstract:This paper analyses the influence which foreign capital exerts on the channels of the technological progress of domestic investment. The paper reveals two facts by empirical analysis. On one side, the introduction of FDI promotes domestic RD investment and the technology import, on the other side, the increase of RD foreign investment squeezes domestic investment of human capital to a certain extent.
