中文摘要:学术界对劳动关系如何测度及劳动关系与企业绩效的研究存在分歧。文章运用内容分析及德尔菲法开发劳动关系和谐度指标并进行实证检验,形成指标体系,选取可衡量的员工绩效,研究劳动关系和谐度与员工绩效的相关性是以往的研究中没有的。通过实证研究,我们得出劳动权益、员工信心与满意度、劳动合同及工会与员工参与对任务绩效有显著正向影响;员工信心与满意度、工会与员工参与、管理层关心和劳动合同对周边绩效有显著正向影响,为此,建议企业以员工权益保障为中心完善企业劳动关系运行机制,关注员工职业发展,以提高员工工作绩效。

An Empirical Study on the Harmonious Degree of Labor Relation and Staff’s Job Performance in Enterprises
Abstract:There are different opinions on how to measure labor relations and its relationship with performance both in China and abroad. Through using content analysis and the Delphi method to develop harmonious labor relations indicators, selecting measurable employees performance, exploring the relevance of harmonious labor relations and employees performance, we draw the following conclusions: labor rights and interests, employees satisfaction and confidence, labor contract, trade unions and employees participation have significantly positive impact on task performance. And employees satisfaction and confidence, trade unions and employees participation, labor contract, management concerns have significantly positive impact on contextual performance. So the enterprises should perfect operating mechanism of labor relations based on employees’ interests, pay attention to their career development and growth and offer incentive mechanism for improving job performance.
