中文摘要:我国构建社会主义和谐社会进程中，面临纷繁复杂的社会矛盾，如何正确处理我国社会矛盾，社会冲突理论给我们转换思维提供了启示。对我国社会矛盾的关注应将定性分析与定量分析结合；对我国社会矛盾的处理应从“解决”转移到“协调”；正视社会矛盾的正功能，建立社会安全阀机制，推进构建社会主义和谐社会进程。

Revelations on Dealing with Social Conflict in China by Social Conflict Theory

Abstract:In the process of constructing a harmonious socialist society in China, the theory of social conflict provides a diversified way of thinking as to dealing with the complicated social conflicts. Concerns on Chinese social conflicts are better to combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The dealings with Chinese social conflicts should convert from “solving the problem” to “coordination of the problem”. Solutions include facing the positive function of social conflicts, constructing the system of social relief valves and pushing the process of constructing a harmonious socialist society.
