| 中文摘要:反腐倡廉建设是党的建设重要组成部分，反腐败斗争的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性，需要我们不断提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平，要把握反腐倡廉建设科学化的内涵和总体要求，解决影响当前反腐倡廉建设科学化水平的一些主要问题。着力推进反腐倡廉制度建设；加强反腐倡廉建设理论研究；充分发挥现代网络技术在防范和打击腐败中的作用；增强舆论监督的作用；支持和鼓励积极探索、勇于创新；学习借鉴国外反腐败的一些有益做法和经验，把反腐倡廉建设不断推向深入。 |
