中文摘要:王一庵尽管晚年做过低微的下级教育官员,但就其一生行谊来看,仍属泰州学派平民学者。他继承了心斋之学,并在诚意慎独方面有自己的新发展。一庵的诚意慎独之学是他平民儒学思想的理论依托,“自强”“法天”观念彰显了一庵平民儒学思想的主体意识,“随分而成功业”体现了一庵平民儒学思想的事功观。一庵以讲学集会为实现其平民政治理想的主要手段。这种手段的苍白表明,在当时的历史条件下,“觉民行道”的“外王”取向,始终徘徊于“内圣”内涵的边缘上,难以真正向外拓展。

On the Thought of Wang Yi-an’s Popular Confucianism
Abstract:According to his whole life, Wang Yi-an was a scholar of common people, although he once was a junior educational officer in the last years of his life. He inherited the thoughts of Wang Xin-zhai thoroughly and made new development in positive heart and restraining in privacy which was the base of his Confucianism of the popularity. The idea of self-renewal and according to the Heaven revealed his subject awareness. To establish accomplishments within fate was his view of achievement. Giving lectures and gathering adherents was the main way of achieving his political idea. The pale of this way show the fragility of external strength and internal holiness under the historical condition in that time.
