| 中文摘要:北洋政府修改不平等条约的政策和措施，不仅影响了民国的社会、政治、经济文化，而且成为影响其内政的重要因素。巴黎和会上的对德和约成为各派相互攻击的重要理由，华盛顿会议上的山东问题引发了第一次直奉战争，而修约外交的局限性在很大程度上又削弱了北洋政府政治统治的威信。 |

| Revising the Unequal Treaties and Beiyang Government’s Internal Affairs |

| Abstract:Beiyang Government's attitude towards the unequal treaties and policies，affected not only the Republic of China’s society, politics, economic culture, but also some of its internal political struggles. At Paris Peace Treaty with Germany as an important reason for parties to attack each other, Washington Conference on the Shandong question triggered the first direct instructions from the war. The limitations of revising the unequal treaties by Northern Government also affected the prestige of its political rule. |
