| 中文摘要:企业技术进步中的阈值是企业研发效率、企业的市场需求规模所必需达到的最小值。企业研发投资具有的规模经济特点，导致企业技术进步时存在市场需求规模阈值。当企业市场需求规模既定时，则存在企业研发效率的阀值，企业研发效率阀值与企业市场需求规模成反比。寡头垄断或完全垄断可以降低企业研发效率阈值。企业技术水平和管理水平的提高、适当的企业外部环境如知识产权制度、税收制度有利于提高企业研发效率和扩大技术进步的收入规模，从而有利于企业克服技术进步的阈值障碍。 |

| Discussing the threshold in Enterprise's Technical Progress |

| Abstract:The threshold in enterprise’s technical progress is the minimum value that enterprise’s R﹠D efficiency and the market demand scale needed to achieve. There is a threshold of market demand scale in the enterprise’s technical progress, due to the enterprise’s R﹠D investment has the characteristic of scale economy. There is a threshold of enterprise’s R﹠D efficiency when the market demand scale of enterprise is established, and it is inversely proportional to the market demand scale. Oligopoly or complete monopoly can reduce the threshold of enterprise’s R﹠D efficiency. It is helpful to enhance the enterprise’s R﹠D efficiency and expand the income scale of technical progress because of the improvement of technology and management level and the appropriate enterprise external environment such as intellectual property rights system and tax system, which is useful for enterprise to overcome the threshold obstacles of technical progress |
