| 中文摘要:科技型中小企业成长的核心是创新，创新的根本是知识资本形成。科技型中小企业存在天然的资源瓶颈，知识的有效获取和知识资本转化是科技型中小企业的重点和难点。基于对科技型中小企业的知识需求和知识来源分析，着重探索科技型中小企业的知识转移和知识创新机制，刻画知识资本的形成路径及关键成功因素。 |

| Research on the Formation Mechanism of Intellectual Capital in TSMEs |

| Abstract:Due to the characteristic features like technology driven, high growth rate and risks of TSMEs，Intellectual Capital is becoming more and more important. How to acquire and form Intellectual Capital with the existence of resource constraints is the primary focus in the development process of TSMEs. Based on the characteristic features of TSMEs, the formation mechanism of Intellectual Capital of TSMEs is discussed in this paper. |
