| 中文摘要:随着高校与社会之间关系日益密切、相互影响日益深入，维护高校稳定工作已成为社会管理的必然范畴。高校稳定工作必须主动引入社会管理理念，特别是建立起符合社会管理要求的高校稳定预警机制，以顺应当前高校稳定预警范围扩大、目标提升、渠道延展等新形势，着力提升教育预警、管理预警、信息预警、安防预警功能，构建教管结合、信息畅通、防范严密的“大预警”格局。 |

| Building of Early Warning Mechanism for Stability of Colleges and Universities under an Angle of Social Management |

| Abstract:With the relationship between the university and the community closer, maintaining stability of colleges and universities has become an inevitable area of social management. Universities must take the initiative to introduce concepts of social management, in particular, to establish an early warning mechanism in line with the requirements of social management to adapt to the current early warning for maintaining stability of colleges and universities, with which an new situation of scope expanding, target upgrading and channels extension, to effort to improve early warning functions of education, management, information and security, and then to build a “large pattern of early warning” combined with education and management, smooth flow of information and strict precautions. |
